Welcome to Nella Home, we are here to make modular, joyful, and bold homeware. We prioritize protecting the planet by nanufacturing in-house, using compostable, plant-derived materials.

In 2023, Caitlyn founded Nella Home while pursuing her degree in Furniture Design. With training in the design and manufacturing industry, Caitlyn created customizable lighting with an emphasis on high quality materials and responsible production methods. Caitlyn Campanella - Founder & Designer

Caitlyn is the founder, designer, and hands-on maker behind Nella Home. With a passion for products and entrepreneurship, Caitlyn spent four years studying Furniture Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. After launching the brand in 2023, Caitlyn relocated her studio to Charleston, SC. She takes a small-batch approach to craft colorful, expressive pieces that prioritize modularity and joyful living. Nella Home reflects Caitlyn’s passion for intentional design and creative freedom.

Kathleen Campanella - Product Designer

Kathy is passionate about design, art history, travel, and architecture. She studied Graphic & Communication Design at Parsons School of Design, NYC, which led to a 20+ year career as a graphic designer and interactive multimedia designer. Kathy recently completed the Interior Architecture MFA program at the Corcoran School of Art + Design in Washington, DC. Her current passion is using innovative, sustainable and circular materials at Nella Home.
